John provided strategic and program delivery consulting, including: risk-based cost and schedule estimating, risk management and risk process, contractual alternatives, partnering and team-alignment for Lima Airport Partners’ new terminal and runway in Peru. The services were initiated in 2017 and will continue through 2019. For this work he interfaces with the Airport General Manager and reports to the Program Director for the Program which will add a 2nd runway, a new control tower and a terminal. The project used the WSDOT CEVP risk-based cost estimating process with RIAAT modeling software (see link top-left of the HOME page or CLICK HERE).
