John Reilly, in recognition of contributions to the International Tunneling Association and as President of the American Underground Construction Association, was a panel member for the ITA Open Session at the June 2001 Milan World Tunnel Conference.
The Session addressed “Risk Assessment for Project Financing”.
The Session was chaired by Alfred Haack, then President of ITA. The other two panel members were Colin Kirkland, Past President of ITA and A. Colombo of the Italian Tunneling Society.
John’s theme was “Strategic Approaches to Comprehensive Risk Identification and Mitigation”.
